Health, Wellness & Nutrition Services

Sierra Dawn Jedrziewski,

HWC, CFNC

Sierra’s passion has always been driven towards health, wellness and helping people heal the ailments that plague them. Sierra was initially on track for a career in traditional medicine, but a lack of resonance with how symptoms were treated without considering the whole person and their bio-individuality,  led her to a change in career path.  She shifted her education to exercise and nutrition and how these preventive lifestyle choices can transform our health and the way we live. Sierra graduated with a  Bachelors of Science in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah.

After getting pregnant with her first child, Sierra was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. After years of struggling with symptoms, she began her own research to find ways to help alleviate her suffering.  This exploration resulted in Sierra becoming certified as a Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  Here she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories with the world's top health and wellness experts. In addition, Sierra is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor from the Functional Nutrition Alliance. Sierra believes in the power of using nutrition as medicine and taking a functional approach to healing to reveal the root causes of health issues. Sierra uses an integrative and holistic approach to create a path forward so you can  begin to live your wellness vision.
