Health, Wellness & Nutrition Services
Sierra Dawn Jedrziewski,
HWC, CFNC
Sierra's passion has always been helping people heal and live healthier, more aligned lives. Initially pursuing a career in traditional medicine, she found herself drawn to a more holistic approach that honored each person's unique biology, lifestyle, and life experience. This led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah.
After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease following the birth of her first child, Sierra began her own healing journey, inspiring her to become a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor through the Functional Nutrition Alliance. She believes in addressing the root causes of illness through nutrition, lifestyle, and functional wellness.
Today, Sierra blends science, intuition, and soul-centered guidance in her practice. Along with functional wellness coaching, she offers astrology and Akashic Record readings to help clients better understand their unique blueprint, navigate life's transitions, and reconnect with their purpose. Her integrative approach supports healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, empowering clients to create lasting transformation and step into their most authentic lives.
Mental Health Therapy
Jaynie McConnell,
CSW
Jaynie strives to create a therapeutic space grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel safe enough to explore the patterns, experiences, and stories that shape their lives. She supports individuals in examining the deeper roots of their identities, narratives, and life experiences, helping them move toward greater understanding, balance, and self-connection.
Jaynie approaches therapy from a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind, body, environment, and lived experience. She works with individuals to explore the beliefs, emotions, and relational patterns that may be influencing their present lives, while supporting them in reconnecting with their authentic selves and inner resilience.
Jaynie values building genuine rapport and trust with each client and meets people with curiosity, respect, and compassion for who they are. She practices from a stance of non-judgment and grounded presence, believing it is a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they engage in meaningful healing and move toward reduced suffering, deeper self-understanding, and a more aligned life.
Jaynie has received training in several therapeutic approaches, including Attachment, Regulation & Competency Therapy for complex trauma (ARC), Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
